**From Ezeiza (EZE), I’d take Tienda León if traveling solo on a budget, or an official prepaid taxi for a straightforward trip to the hotel.** From Aeroparque (AEP), I’d usually take a taxi because it’s much closer to town.

Prices below are in **Argentine pesos (ARS)**, checked on October 11, 2026.

| Airport | Shuttle to central Buenos Aires | Car directly to your hotel |
|---|---|---|
| **Ezeiza (EZE)** | **Tienda León: ARS 16,500 per person**, advertised online fare; approximately 1 hour to Terminal Pellegrini, near the Obelisk. | Official prepaid taxi or a *remis* (private transfer). Allow **45–60 minutes**, up to 90 in heavy traffic. |
| **Aeroparque (AEP)** | **Tienda León: ARS 7,500 per person**, advertised online fare; approximately 30 minutes to Terminal Pellegrini. | Use the official taxi queue and its preset-fare ticket system, or check Uber/Cabify. |

Shuttle fares and advertised journey times come from [Tienda León’s current website](https://tiendaleon.com/). Ezeiza driving times come from [Argentina’s tourism authority](https://www.argentina.travel/en/news/how-to-get-from-ezeiza-international-airport-to-downtown-buenos-aires).

**What should you budget for a car?** As a reference, private-transfer provider Ciudad Viajes publishes Ezeiza–downtown prices equivalent to approximately **ARS 70,000–83,000 per car including tax**, and Aeroparque–downtown prices of approximately **ARS 41,000–49,000**. Those rates are labeled May–July 2026, so get an updated quote. These are private-transfer benchmarks; the official taxi and app quotes may differ. For two or three people, I’d lean toward a car: you share the fare and go directly to your accommodation. The shuttle makes most sense when your hotel is close to its terminal; otherwise, factor in the onward journey.

**Is pre-arranging worth it?** It’s useful for a late arrival, a larger group, lots of luggage, or a child seat. For an ordinary arrival, booking an Ezeiza taxi ahead is optional: [Taxi Ezeiza Oficial](https://www.taxiezeiza.com.ar/) says its airport counters operate 24 hours, accept cards, and charge a fixed fare before boarding. Confirm the total, including tolls, and use the official counter. At Aeroparque, use the [official preset-fare taxi system](https://www.argentina.gob.ar/transporte/obras-en-los-aeropuertos/aeroparque-jorge-newbery/ordenamiento-de-taxis-en-aeroparque).
