The model was gpt-6.1-sol in Codex, at medium effort. Answers ran about the same length: 276 words with the plugin and 274 with it off. The check counts phrases. It does not judge whether an answer is right.

One request per answer

The plugin loads the rules before the agent writes, so the answer arrives in one request. A rewrite skill needs a second request.

    ## The one banned move
A denial followed by a claim tells the reader that someone raised the denied thing. When nobody did, the denial is a foil that makes the claim sound sharper. Delete it and keep the fact.

Install it

Paste it into a terminal. The installer needs Python 3 and Node.js with npx. It adds the plugin to Claude Code and Codex when it finds them, and the skill for other agents.
